1. Which email address should I use to login if I have outstanding orders transferred from the old system?

    Please use your Paypal email address to login even if it was different from your previous login email. 

    For creation of new account, you may use any address.


2. Is there any free shipping for preorders ?

   We are sorry that there is no free shipping for preorders now. 

   The postal rate and the production cost have increased drastically recently. 

   We have great difficulties in maintaining the free shipping policy.


3. How to gain the reward points?

    After you click to a specific product page, you will see the followings at the right of the product photo:

    Reward Point :  X  -  X is the number of reward points you gain per unit 

    Price in Reward Point : Y  - This is under the price and is the number of reward points needed to redeem this item.  

    X points per unit will be added to your account when the transaction is successful. 

    If the order is cancelled later, the points will be deducted.

   You can use your reward points to fully or pro-rata set off your future orders.

   Not all products have reward points or can be redeemed by reward points.


4. Can my previous preorders also earn reward points?

     The reward points are for new orders under the new webpage only. 

     So, previous preorders can not earn any reward points.
