Shipping and Delivery
To avoid delay of your order, please make sure your delivery information is correct and complete.
For international orders, please note that there may be delays due to customs clearance.
There may be some damages to the package box during shipment. The buyer must accept the goods in case there are the aforementioned damages.
International Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and refer to working days only. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and peak seasons.
All pre-orders are non-cancellable.
If the preorder price is below USD80.00, the buyer needs to pay the total when placing the order.
If the preorder price is above USD80.00, the buyer has to pay the stated deposit when placing the order. The balance will be collected by Paypal invoice shortly before the goods is available. The buyer must arrange payment of balance (if any) and delivery of the goods within two months. Otherwise, the seller reserves the right to forfeit the deposit.
The delivery lead time showed in your selected shipping method means the lead time from the date the seller receive the buyer's payment of the balance or when the goods is in stock.
Limited edition items
Those items are limited in quantity. The seller may not have any extra units or parts for replacement.
For shipments with tracking number, we will send a shipment notification informing you the tracking number by email once the shipment is dispatched.
Import Taxes & Duties
All orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges, payable by the buyer or recipient of the order.
Reward Points Scheme
Reward points will only be granted to valid orders and can not be redeemed for cash. We can deduct the reward points of the related order(s) if it/they becomes invalid.
The buyer is entitled to 14-day replacement guarantee. If the product is faculty, the buyer can exchange it within 14 days after receipt for the same model. under the following procedures and conditions.
- Please let the us know your return case by clicking into “Returns" and fill in the information accordingly.
- We will inform you the return case reference number by email. Please state clearly the reference number when returning the goods.
- The returned merchandise must be unused and in new condition that can be sold again with the original package intact. All free gift(s) has/have to be returned in unused and new condition. If the free gift(s) is/are not returned, the seller reserves the right to charge the buyer for it (them).
- We will evaluate your return case upon receiving of the item(s).
- We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
- All shipping & other costs for returns & exchanges are to be borne by the buyer.
- As we are not responsible for the return packages until it reaches us, you are recommended to use a trackable shipping method.
- Items returned after the 14-day period or/and sent without a case number will not be processed.
- Most of our products are made of ABS and/or die cast. As the paintings and assemble are done manually, there may be paints offs, scratch, uneven paintings or painting out of line. These are not product quality problems and are not valid reasons for return.

All prices are based on US Dollar. The HKD dollar prices are for reference only. The actual amount of HKD paid will depends on Paypal exchange rate or credit card exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
